Staff Orientation to the Berawa Site

23 Oct 2016

On Friday the 21st of October, David Dobson with Nattalia Sinclaire, took the school faculty staff for a tour through the new school site at Berawa. It was wonderful to walk through the classrooms and the grounds, discussing at first the logistics of the work before us (leading up to the relocation) but then speculating on all of the possibilities that this site offers.

David was able to share many of the design features of the site, answering questions ranging from the types of trees and gardens to be planted, through to the locations of power points and method of internet connection and communications in the various classroom areas.

As a staff, we were all very excited about the impending move and the possibilities that this site holds for us to build a wonderful Montessori school for generations to come! We’re really looking forward to showing our current families through the site after handover.

Viewing the site on Friday October 21, we were truly impressed by how much had been achieved in just two weeks since the video (below) was taken!
