September 22, 2016: Acoustic ceiling and gable window with air vent in a Preschool classroom.
Progress continues at a cracking pace on our new campus. Work on settling the landscape continues. The acoustic ceilings are all painted and complete in the Preschool, Lower and Upper Primary blocks. Most of the fixed laminated glass windows have now been installed in the classrooms, with the sliding windows going in. Doors are also being installed.
Stone continues to be placed on the Admin and Infant Community blocks, where the internal walls, ceilings, and electrics are also in progress.
The recent rain slowed the landscape work a little, but was a good opportunity for us to see how the site functions in the wet. While we have a lot to do, progress is good and we’re still on track for moving at the beginning of term 3.
